Refund policy

  • Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Process

    • To start a return, contact us at support@h3culture.com with your order number and photo of product that you want to return.

    • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges

    • We are not accepting exchanges at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Contact us at support@h3culture.com with your order number and photo of product that you want to return.
