Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 and fixed shipping on all purchases less than $75.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. International Shipping

• At this time, we ship only within the United States. 

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays

• H3 Culture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs (if international).

• Weather or holiday-related delays are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
